Our story
FaciliTeam was founded in 2010 by Laurent Pestiau and Amaury de Patoul. Our ambition is to make life easier for facility managers: to intervene quickly and efficiently to maintain a safe and pleasant work environment. We quickly convinced national network managers to call on our versatile technicians to resolve their daily issues. The number of interventions grew rapidly, and so did our team of technicians.
In 2017, we carried out 4000 interventions per year.
In 2018, a French group acquired a stake in FaciliTeam Belgium and Luxembourg. Under the impetus of this new shareholder, we took a more technical turn (electricity, HVAC) and developed our preventive maintenance offering (HVAC, main distribution boards, door maintenance and monitoring of legal inspections).
In early 2023, Laurent Pestiau, along with two other partners, took over control of FaciliTeam Belgium. We carry out 20,000 interventions per year, 25% of which are preventive maintenance.
